Surgeon Simulator 2 (2020)

Like its predecessor, Surgeon Simulator 2 can be a whole lot of fun, and there is certainly a lot more content this time around to keep players entertained for a long while. There’s some great comedy moments that can be had when performing the medical procedures, usually by accidentally pulling off a limb or attaching a body part in a place it shouldn't be. This is magnified during multiplayer, as the chaos of multiple people working on the same patient is very enjoyable. A few players might find the console controls a bit too frustrating and the puzzle segments are not entirely compelling, but it certainly gets a lot more right than it does wrong.

‎Surgeon Simulator 2 expands and improves the experience of the original, bringing us a delivery full of content and fun for one and several players, with a correct graphic appearance and somewhat extensive loading times.‎

Filled with the same style of ridiculous surgical antics as the original, Surgeon Simulator 2 does a remarkably good job of expanding it into an inventive puzzle game. The "simulator" genre's brand of obtuse controls and fussy physics objects starts to feel like a chore as you get a few levels in, but share the experience with some friends and there's a good time to be had.

Surgeon Simulator 2: Access All Areas is a ton of fun with friends, but the ability to walk around takes away some of the simple joy of the original.

But it all comes down to control and right now Surgeon Simulator 2 is too broken when it comes to gameplay to really do the great ideas behind the game justice.
