Deliver Us Mars is a sci-fi adventure game developed by KeokeN Interactive and released in 2023. It is a sequel to Deliver Us the Moon and follows the story of astronaut Kathy Johanson as she embarks on a mission to Mars to recover powerful colony ships known as the ARKs, which were stolen by a group called the Outward. The game combines exploration, puzzle-solving, and platforming elements as players navigate the harsh Martian environment and uncover the mysteries surrounding the disappearance of the ARKs.
About the story
Ten years after the Fortuna mission, humanity is closer than ever to extinction. After a mysterious distress call from Mars, Earth’s youngest astronaut Kathy Johannson joins the Zephyr and its crew on one last mission: to recover the ARK colony ships stolen by the mysterious Outward, and with them, ensure the survival of the human race.

ByAll in all, I'd say Deliver Us Mars starts out weaker due to the problem with character modeling in cutscenes, but it picks up a lot as it progresses. As a sequel, it's definitely ambitious. Although it does not do everything perfectly, it is a pleasant production that I will not hesitate to recommend to all fans of narrative games.

By Tony "OUberLord" MiteraOverall, Deliver Us Mars is surprisingly compelling, with a story of a daughter searching for her wayward father despite his crimes - while others on the crew are searching for him because of said crimes. Most of the gameplay does a great job of keeping things varied, but I wish that there were just a few more puzzle ideas to break up the times when it feels like the game ran out of ideas and popped in another MFT puzzle. Endure those, and Deliver Us Mars is a great game that balances the narrative with allowing the player to have agency. It is further proof that sci-fi stories don't need to involve aliens or explosions, and the humanity within the game's story is admirable.
