Cubed3
By AthanasiosThief of Thieves has a gratingly sassy heroine, and a completely forgettable storyline. The stealth gameplay is like in those forced, half-baked stealth sessions in other games, as the mechanics as clunky... and then some. Finally, this port is actually the weakest version of it, as it's technically broken, with loading times that can put you to tears. Don't wait for Season Two.
FNintendo
By André PereiraWhile the loading times are often excessive and can feel like a burden, the game successfully creates a comic-like environment, which along with its soundtrack and attention to the way the missions are planned make this a very welcome entry in the Nintendo Switch catalogue and one which will fit well with anyone looking for a fun adventure.
Nintendo Life
By PJ O'ReillyThief of Thieves is an awful video game. It's tedious and clunky, has broken AI, awful dialogue, miserable characters and a boring story that has absolutely nothing of interest to say or add to the heist genre.
GameSpace
By Scott JeslisThief Of Thieves: Season One almost seems like a game of many faces. Is it a stealth game, or a point-and-click adventure game or the next Telltale Games' successor? There's no fault in trying to be all three things. Unfortunately, this Nintendo Switch port created some flaws that make total enjoyment difficult. The biggest being the blurry graphics, especially when docked and played on a monitor. Nevertheless, avid comic book fans will find the motivation to push ahead just to see the lovely comic book art and hear these loved characters given form by some great voice acting!
Jack of All Controllers
By Josh AzevedoIf you are invested in the story and characters from the onset, then it is worth it to see Thief of Thieves’ to the end. The game weaves a great tale and the strong cast of characters keep the investment going.
