By Alisha AlixVisually, Fruitbus is a feast for the eyes, featuring adorable characters and charming landscapes that enrich the overall experience. The captivating graphics drew me in immediately, setting a memorable stage for this heartwarming tale of family and friendship. Despite its endearing qualities, Fruitbus feels like a work in progress. There’s potential for future updates to refine the experience, but as it currently stands, the game would benefit from immediate fixes to unlock its full charm.

ByFruitbus is a relaxing and cozy game, barring some annoying design choices. It's the perfect cozy game with little consequence to your actions, and it's interesting to make different recipes and customize your bus. It does have some bugs, but the developers are working on ironing those out before release. However, performance on the Steam Deck is a bit of a mixed bag.

By Mina SmithFruitbus is a lot of fun. It has fun characters, great animations, funny moments, and an overall heartwarming tale. The first two islands, which I have traipsed from one end to the other, are filled with characters, interesting things, and weird new fruit salad combinations. If you like simulation titles with heart, I cannot recommend Fruitbus enough. It’s got a few bugs, but it seems like the developers are really on point with trying to make the game as good as it can be. It’s fun; the gameplay does get a little repetitive after a while, but overall, Fruitbus is the most I’ve ever had with a blender and a bunch of veggies.

By Zoey HandleyA lot of the issues I outlined and other big stoppages I ran into could be ironed out with time focused to careful playtesting. I think that another couple of months, and Fruitbus would have been closer to where it needs to be. But barring a last-minute stomp on the brakes, this is how it’s launching. I really, really wanted to love Fruitbus, but I can only review how it was served to me.

By Håvard RuudFruitbus combines the cosy atmosphere of Animal Crossing with the detailed oriented work of Overcooked, as you’re tasked with serving customers tasty, fruit-based treats from a healthier version of an ice cream van.
