Cubed3
By Athanasios AravositasThe Nintendo Switch port of Wreckfest delivers chaotic and enjoyable demolition derby-style racing, capturing the spirit of classic crash-heavy racers, while missing the necessary corny aspect that usually accompanies this type of game. Despite some visual compromises, performance can be described as solid for a game where more than 10 vehicles drive around like crazy, slowly turning into big piles of scrap metal. Repetition is the main thing that holds the experience back, but if you don’t mind something fun and simple to squeeze between more “complete” racing experiences it’s a big recommendation - just be sure to wait for a discount.
God is a Geek
By Mick FraserThe Switch doesn't have many racers that offer the same kind of thrills and excitement as Wreckfest at its best.

By Justin OneilWreckfest took its time getting onto the Nintendo Switch but that wait led to one of the best third-party ports I’ve seen on the platform yet. This is a very demanding game performance wise and the Switch version delivers on that front for the most part. It does have some brief moments of slowdown and the visuals take a little bit of a hit but being able to smash up a ton of vehicles on the go is heaps of fun despite those few drawbacks.
Starbit
By Nuno NêvedaWreckfest delivers a competent, frantic and fun arcade racing experience coupled with vehicle destroying action, and it all works as good as we expect it to. Thanks to a very good adaptation, the Nintendo Switch runs Wreckfest impeccably well, allowing players to enjoy this varied, vehicle smashing experience for many hours, whether on solo or multiplayer.
