VGChartz
By Lee MehrWhile Wavetale's elegant surfing/platforming foundation is engaging, choppy waters within its design & storytelling keep it from being a huge splash.
Gaming Age
By Matthew PolleselWavetale is an absolute joy. It's a game where you're exploring the watery ruins of a post-apocalyptic world, but it makes that exploration so much fun that you can't help but get swept up in the sheer fun of it all.
Echo Boomer
By João CaneloWavetale is a fun adventure that's spoiled by repetition and some technical issues.
Video Chums
By A.J. MaciejewskiI'm thoroughly impressed with Wavetale as it completely surpassed my expectations by being one of the most beautifully captivating indies that I've ever played. Even though it's a tad short, I can definitely see myself playing through it again and again.
