In Van Helsing III, the civil war is over in Borgovia, but the future looks grim. The city of weird science is in ruins, squabbling factions and criminals fight for power and a strange cult prophesizes the coming of "The end of times."
About the story
A wave of uncanny events shakes the land, and it's all connected to a mysterious creature, a former ally turned into a fearful arch-villain. Which means that Van Helsing will do what he does best: He wields weapons, prepares his deadly tricks, and hunts down the most dangerous monster who has ever lived… and this time it's personal. He's prepared to do anything to achieve his goal, even to face the darkest secret about the birth of the modern Borgovia.

By Gareth ChadwickThe Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III is difficult to recommend. Perhaps when it first released for PC five years ago it would get a little more leeway, but as there are better options for an action RPG available, some brand new to PS4 and some that have been out so long they're dirt cheap. It has a few bright moments, but I'd avoid this unless you desperately want to finish the trilogy.

By Pierre-Yves LanthierWhile NeocoreGames have moved on from the crazy world of Borgovia to the stars of Warhammer 40,000 with Inquisitor, this final chapter is a reminder that, with any luck, the developer will again its hand at something with a fantasy bent at some stage.

By Saeed AghababaieThe Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III is the best installment in these series yet. Gameplay is still the heartbeat of the game and deep multi-branched upgrade system, entertaining looting, challenging combat and various side activities, made The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III a valuable game. Of course it has issues like weak story-telling, some unbalanced classes and some level-designs that are exactly the same with 2 previous games, but in the end i can say that The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III is a nice choice for fans of Action-RPGs.

By Paul RenshawAll in all and The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III does enough to claim its place in the pantheon of ARPG games. It’s not as polished as Diablo 3, or even as Path of Exile, but the charm of the environment and the wish to see the next level are both strong. It’s not perfect, but this third entry in the series is the best to date.

By OfisilWhile the adventures of Van Helsing are far from bad or mediocre, they're certainly far from incredible. Attention was mainly given to quantity, instead of quality, with lots of great ideas not being implemented correctly, gameplay that feels repetitive, and, finally, a replay value that is extremely low when compared to the one found in the genre's big ones. The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III can be fun at times, but it's mostly a typical case of "one step forward, two steps back."
