By Patrick AndersonRoots of Insanity is not a complete disaster; it offers some weak jump-shocks glued together by an adequate if cliched story. Gameplay is straightforward and its few or so hours of game time have their moments of excitement and even a few twists.

By Giulia garassinoGood premises, but realization not the best.

By Utku ÇakırI said "If only" in every step of the way when I was playing Roots of Insanity. If only the story was bit more compelling. If only the puzzles were challenging. If only the combat was a bit nuanced. It misses the mark but not by a wide margin and gives hope for team's future endeavors.
Spaziogames
By Domenico MusicòDespite the decent story, Roots of Insanity has an unforgivable amount of issues like poor animations, a terrible combat system, a bad implemented random loot system. It looks like an Early Access game that needs a lot of work and polishing.
