By playing as either a Warrior, a Wizard, a Assassin or a Shaman you have to traverse dungeons, defeat enemies and loot everything you can in order to survive. You can learn new skills in Tomes you find along the way and buy/sell items at shops. The entire game is procedural so you won't find items/enemies in the same place each time you play.

SwitchRPG
By Ben ThompsonQuest of Dungeons might be one of the oldest rogue-likes on Switch, but it is easily one of the most entertaining for the price.

By Alex SeedhouseBeneath its 16-bit look, Quest of Dungeons presents surprising depth and a worthwhile challenge to those that are willing to brave its neverending rooms. In learning through repetition, I’m sure that most will stand a chance at restoring light to the world.

By TraceyQuest of Dungeons is a very fun game. It was a lot of fun on Wi U and 3DS, and this is still the case for the Nintendo Switch version. The only real difference is that, due to the nature of the Switch, you can play exactly the same game at home or on the go without any trouble while in its Docked, Handheld or Tabletop modes. If you're looking for an action-packed released on Switch, then I highly recommend this one!

By André ReisQuest of Dungeons has all the good elements that make it a recommendable game: it's fun, simple to get into and fun to play. Even if some rooms start looking a bit repetitive after a while, Quest of Dungeons is addictive and very well designed for short, intense sessions.

By Justin NationQuest of Dungeons has consistently surprised me with its adherence to the core roguelike formula, with all of its randomness, while also maintaining a consistent degree of challenge.
