Pic-a-Pix Color (2017)
Lightwood Games
Pic-a-Pix are exciting logic puzzles that form whimsical pixel-art pictures when solved. Challenging, deductive and artistic, this original Japanese invention offers the ultimate mix of logic, art and fun while providing solvers with many hours of mentally stimulating entertainment. Pic-a-Pix are sometimes known by other names, such as Picross, Nonogram, Paint by Numbers, Griddlers, Hanjie and many more. Pic-a-Pix Color adds a new dimension to this popular puzzle by using coloured clues to indicate which colour each block should be painted. The new rules add a unique twist to the game’s logic and the puzzles produce beautiful, colourful pixel art. This game contains 150 exclusive puzzles, designed by Conceptis Ltd – the world’s leading supplier of logic puzzles. Puzzles range in difficulty and size from introductory 5×5 pictures up to huge 20×20 grids!

By Tyler HallPic-a-Pix Color may be nothing revolutionary but it is a completely functional and enjoyable nonogram puzzle game with a slight twist.

By Rob PittPic-a-Pix is a very challenging and casual puzzle game which is playable by everyone. It will test your logic skills as well as keep you entertained for hours via both the PS4 and PS Vita via cross-buy. Don't worry if you've never done a Picross style puzzle before, the game gives you a full introduction and will gradually get you into the bigger puzzles without dropping you in the deep end. With its simplistic design, charming music, and the plethora of puzzles on offer – Pic-a-Pix has easily become my favourite logic-based puzzle game on Sony's platform.
