About the story

However, if we take a step back and accept that it won't be the game of the year, we can still enjoy it. It's all a question of managing our expectations. The cyberpunk ambience is successful and the story is well-crafted. You'll need 6-10 hours to complete Flashback 2. On that note, a few technical bugs that were preventing me from progressing were fixed on November 19 with a patch. As a result, I was able to finish the game on my own, and it took me around 9 hours to complete.

ByFlashback 2 is a complete mess and it's a real shame, as its predecessor is still fondly remembered by a lot of players. We will probably never know the reasons behind such a failure, but, having spent too much time on the game, what we can do is recommending you to avoid buying it in its current state.
