If you had doubts about what to do with this DLC, we can confirm that despite lasting only one afternoon, the content is worth it. Of course, everyone is free to assess whether the fun time that this new content will grant is worth what it costs, that is already a personal reason. But we liked it and maybe it is placed as the best DLC that this game currently has.
Possibly, the best DLC of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, simply by the incorporation of a new combat system of the most interesting, revitalizing the gaming experience. In addition, recovering a lost saga like that of the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai is to praise. A pity the cutting of some scenes and not being able to handle certain characters.
As an open world action RPG, Kakarot doesn't have much to offer compared to the heavyweights of the genre, but it wouldn't matter to the fans of Dragon Ball Z as the game is extremely loyal to Dragon Ball roots.
It is clear that the update significantly improves the experience and anyone interested in playing the game on a new generation console or wants to make the jump having already played on an older console, will be pleased with the result.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot delivers a well-crafted, satisfying action/RPG, provided you’re already invested in the DBZ mythos — and ready to hear the same old story over again. The open-world elements aren’t as well-developed as they could have been, but the combat and gameplay variety help carry the game through some rough patches.
