Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world action-adventure game set in Night City, a sprawling metropolis driven by power, glamour, and body modification. Players assume the role of V, a mercenary outlaw in pursuit of a unique implant that holds the key to immortality. The game allows extensive customization of cyberware, skills, and playstyle. Choices made throughout the journey influence both the narrative and the world.
About the story
In 2077, following an economic collapse sometime during the early 21st century, the United States is forced to rely on large corporations to survive. These corporations deal in a wide range of areas, such as weapons, robotics, cybernetics, pharmaceuticals, communications and biotechnology, and many of these companies operate above the law. The world in between is where decadence, sex and pop culture mix with violent crime, extreme poverty and the unattainable promise of the American Dream. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw deeply embedded in the crime-ridden city of Night City, going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality.

FingerGuns
By Paul CollettIt seems miraculous that one of the most graphically intensive games that gave the PS4 a headache is available on Switch 2. But here it is and CD Projekt Red have worked wonders to bring this game to life on a handheld device.
Oyungezer Online
By Sabri Erkan SabanciCyberpunk 2077 is a fantastic starting point for Nintendo to keep third-party developers on board. I can't think of a better game to showcase what the console is capable of.
Final Weapon
By Saras RajpalCyberpunk 2077 for Nintendo Switch 2 is arguably the definitive way to play this incredible game. Despite some issues with the controls and textures looking odd at a distance, I was very impressed with how CD Projekt Red managed to fit this massive title into a 64 GB game cartridge with very few compromises and visuals that sometimes look as impressive as the PlayStation 5 version. If you have a Switch 2 and have been looking to play Cyberpunk 2077, you now have the best possible way to do so.
Nintendo Blast
By Farley SantosCyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on the Switch 2 delivers a surprisingly solid adaptation of a complex and technically demanding RPG. The detailed setting, extensive customization system, and engaging narrative are intact, despite the graphical and structural compromises made to run on the new console. The inclusion of the Phantom Liberty expansion further enhances the value of the package, with notable improvements in world-building, narrative choices, and overall pacing. Despite some repetitive content and limitations inherited from the original project, the game offers an immersive experience, particularly for those who enjoy dense stories and freedom of approach. The strong technical performance, versatile controls, and preservation of Night City's visual identity show that the Switch 2 is capable of supporting ambitious titles when proper adaptation efforts are made, resulting in a well-executed and complete version.

By Joel GraltonCyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on Nintendo Switch 2 is nothing short of a triumph. Not just because it runs well, or looks good, or offers a complete package of content—but because it proves what’s possible.
