Nintendo Blast
By Victor Hugo CarretaLittle known by the gamer audience, Along the Edge is a game in the Graphic Novel format that follows the premise of a story that develops from the choices made by the player, influencing not only the story itself but the protagonist Daphné as well. The images function as a backdrop, and they were extremely well designed by the art direction, who knew how to combine the elements of the landscape. The experience is accompanied by a very strong soundtrack, directly impacting the player's emotions.
GameSpace
ByIf you need a peaceful break from shooter games or the doldrums of fantasy-filled role-playing games then you can do no better than taking a look at Along The Edge. While considered a "game" it's clear that non-gaming mature book readers can find something to enjoy here as well! What you'll find is an engrossing visual, interactive experience that can easily be enjoyed on the go. It's a "game" where your choices matter and they have a visual impact on the source material. It certainly would make a strong candidate for anyone's "Book Club"!

By Sean DaviesA visual novel that stands shoulder to shoulder with the giants of the genre, Along The Edge is a fantastic and fantastical story that’s delivered eloquently and masterfully. It’s missing some modern quality of life innovations but that doesn’t spoil what it one of the most majestic hidden gems I’ve ever had the pleasure to review.
