We. The Revolution is a unique game with a singular art style set in the blood-soaked and paranoid world of the French Revolution, where often you could not tell a friend from an enemy. As a judge of the Revolutionary Tribunal, you will have to trudge through this setting passing sentences, playing a dangerous political game, and doing everything in your power to not to be guillotined as an enemy of revolution. At the end of a day you will also confront your decisions with your family and very often they will see it differently. We. The Revolution will put you in morally ambiguous situations in which there are no obvious solutions, and the decisions you make are never unambiguous...

Critic Reviews

By Nuno NêvedaThanks to its quality plot and presentation and to the weight of the actions that the players' role commits them to, We. The Revolution knows how to engage and the experience would be even more enjoyable were it not for some adaptation issues related to control problems and the small size of the text on the Nintendo Switch screen.

By Łukasz AnkudoWe. The Revolution is a brilliant game that offers you the role of a French judge in the very middle of the French Revolution. You take part in the revolution and power struggle right after the deed is done. It's a great game to show how politics work and shows the weight of independent judicial system.

By Marta TriviThe value of We. The Revolution doesn't lie in its capacity to amuse or entertain --and that's a shame, because it's a really interesting game that can't figure out how to be fun, too.
Impulsegamer
By Scott De LacyA unique journey through the history of the French Revolution, filled with important decision making, schemes and machinations. Eliminate your enemies and keep your head!

By Nicola PragnellDespite the technical issues and lack of prior knowledge, I enjoyed playing We. The Revolution. I wasn’t enjoying it to start with, I will admit, as the language is very of that time so it takes a while to get used to and understand what’s really happening in the cases. The bugs were particularly frustrating as they stopped me progressing just as I was really getting into the story. Yet, I did still keep coming back for more and once it’s patched I will absolutely give it another play to see the different results you get based on your choices and to get more of the trophies.
