Cubed3
By Josh Di FalcoOnrush does well to fill that racing void as a non-serious arcade, 'destruction-derby type of vehicular mayhem' experience. However, as enjoyable and heart-pounding as the matches can be, the novelty eventually begins to wear thin and, once that happens, there is little else that can reignite the flame in this racer.
Worth Playing
By Andreas SalmenStrangely enough, Onrush checks every item on my gamer wishlist while still staying well below its potential. It's beautiful, fun and technically sound, but it also has an identity crisis that won't go away anytime soon. It's a great casual online experience that wants to be more than that — but doesn't actually offer enough to achieve it. The continuous updates may nudge the game closer to that goal, but recent layoffs at the studio don't instill hope that updates will continue at a consistent rate. If you're looking for a fun, bare-bones, online racing experience, Onrush may still be the perfect game for you. It still has a long way to go to fulfill its potential.
CDavis_Games
By Chris DavisOnRush is a thrill and, appropriately, provides a real adrenaline rush for short play sessions. The lack of depth would have made for a great budget release and perhaps if it had been sold at $20 or $30 it wouldn’t now have empty multiplayer lobbies. As it stands, OnRush is good fun in short bursts and that’s about it.
PowerUp!
By Leo StevensonIn ONRUSH you'll be rewarded with hectic, fact-paced action, ridiculous tracks and a suitably eye-popping set of visuals.
Pardis Game
By Kasra Karimi AslAfter my time with On Rush, I got over Evolution Studio's closure in a heart beat. On Rush is the first collaboration between two racing giants that shows its deep heritage and creates a new formula for itself. All in a, it's the perfect package of what an arcade racing game should be.
