Critic Reviews
GameMAG
By GameMAGJagged Alliance: Rage! is a small-budget project, which clearly lacks unique features, polishing, depth and good plot. The gameplay is too monotonous and needs elements from the first games of the series. Hopefully, THQ Nordic will allocate more funds and find professional developers for a full-fledged Jagged Alliance continuation in the future.
Game Debate
By Stuart ThomasI'm really struggling to find anything good to say about Jagged Alliance: Rage, other than that its name is appropriate. I suppose the stealth mechanic sort of works, although even there occasionally your sneaky work can be ruined by a patrolling soldier somehow glitching and eternally clambering on and off a rock instead of completing his route. Each playable character has a background trait that is supposed to play out as a weakness but that you rarely notice in play. The characters you choose to play seem irritated by one another, and by everything going on around them all the time. I've got to say, I think it's pretty understandable.
Blast Away the Game Review
By Tyvon J. HunterI honestly feel this game along with any other strategy turn-based games should be left on computers and mobile phones because it is easier to work with. This game is designed to have a mouse and keyboard; with just a controller it felt as if I was being held down, like being forced to put on a seatbelt at the dinner table. Overall a decent game but not my style of genre games.

By Daniele SpeltaEverything went wrong with Jagged Alliance: Rage!
Jump Dash Roll
By Pete TaylorThe developers of Jagged Alliance: Rage! likely hoped it would rejuvenate the franchise and it might. It's a competent turn-based tactical shooter but suffers from repetitive missions and sluggish controls. Unless you're a huge fan of the genre you're unlikely to find the gameplay rewarding.
