Festival of Legends is Hearthstone's 23rd expansion, featuring new 145 collectible cards released on April 11, 2023. The expansion takes place in the Thousand Needles, where E.T.C., Band Manager is gathering the greatest musicians from all over Azeroth to put on the biggest music festival in history. Festival of Legends introduces 2 new keywords: Finale, which allows cards to have bonus effects if playing them spends the rest of your mana, and Overheal, a new class-specific evergreen keyword for priests that allows minions to trigger special effects if they're healed above their max health.

By Gianluca ArenaOn the one hand, it might seem that there is nothing particularly wrong with the 145 new cards of the Festival of Legends, on the other hand the latest expansion of Hearthstone is stained perhaps with the most serious sin, that of having slipped into indifference just a month after launch, due to very few new archetypes introduced in the meta game and in the almost total absence of them in the most significant rungs of the ladder in Standard mode.

By Alessandro AlosiA guessed, imaginative and coherent expansion, capable of kicking off Phase 1 of the Year of the Wolf with the right rhythm between well-known top decks, tantalizing new entries and solid archetypes. Not all the new features are finding space in the Standard meta, but the feeling is that the foundations for a sparkling twelve months have been laid (thanks also to the changes to the Main Set).
