By NookGamingDie for Valhalla is a decent game and the possession mechanic is interesting. Other than that though, it doesn’t really stand out. There are quite a few similar side-scrolling beat ‘em ups and this is a fine example of one. If you loved similar games and want something else along the same lines, it’s worth grabbing. If you only play the occasional one, then there are better examples out there.

By PS3Blog.netDie for Valhalla! is a fun beat ‘em up with a bit of strategy thrown in and some RPG elements that make it a fun game to play at home or on the go on Nintendo Switch. The two available modes make it possible for players of all skill levels to take the game for a spin, unlocking new clans as you go and finding the right Viking to help you defeat the onslaught of enemies that you will face. Large and dangerous bosses here and there will force you to be more careful as you enlist the aid of NPC Vikings or you can have up to three friends join you locally for some four-player mayhem.

By Mostafa ZahediDie for Valhalla is one of the good and fun choice to play in this generation, specially if you are looking for an entertaining co-op experience. Gameplay has a good amount of various mechanics and elements that made it so much fun and. Despite some issues that i have seen in the game, in the end Die for Valhalla is a good game to recommend, specially in co-op.

By Łukasz AnkudoDie for Valhalla is a game that is not too expensive, not too difficult to finish, and gives the player a few hours of great fun. I dare to say it's better that both Jotun and The Banner Saga!
