Cubed3
By Gabriel JonesCrimson Room Decade is an interesting little experiment, but it lacks content. Granted, an alternate version of the game that has hundreds of puzzles wouldn't be ideal, either. Still, it really feels like more could have been done with the concept. A few clever ideas just aren't enough for this game to receive a recommendation.
The Vertical Slice
By Chris RobertoI was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this game. I mean, I had an idea I would, for sure, but when it was all said and done, I found it to be more enjoyable than I originally expected. It never outstayed its welcome, in any aspect, and that’s something to be commended. Now, let’s hope if there’s a trilogy in the works we don’t have to wait another decade to play it.
Marooners' Rock
By Bonnie BurgetteLike the line between plausible reality in the first levels and the absolute madness in the last level [...] I am ambivalent.
GameSpew
BySince the feeling of discovery is the only real draw here, it gives you no incentive to replay after you've solved it once
GameSkinny
By ChrisDeCosterComplex puzzles and a tense atmosphere make this a definite must-buy for escape the room fans.
