By Gareth EvensThe game is trying to be something new in a world of companies just making MOBAs without much thought. There are some things that make the game interesting like the tag system and it’s overall style but they shoot themselves in the foot by having all these systems that aren’t that satisfying to deal with or can really put off players from sticking around.

By CycabsMaster X Master isn't really a traditional MOBA, it is even better than that. The title is a "hybrid" between different kinds of games. Master X Master offers an intuitive gameplay, a great number of playable characters, and a content that doesn't have to be ashamed regarding the competition. Visually good, MxM has everything to make its place and give a little wind of freshness to the genre.

By Chris CarterA re-inventive MOBA that isn't perfect, especially with its free-to-play scheme, but still rises above the pack.

By Mike WilliamsMaster x Master is not the best at any one thing, but it offers such a variety that you can't help but find something to enjoy. Combined with a free-to-play model isn't too harsh and you have a damned good time. The progression system could use a bit of slimming as it's rather complex, but that shouldn't turn players off completely. Master x Master is definitely worth a shot.

By Nick ShivelyDespite the few minor issues with the game, MXM has a lot of unique features that make it worth trying. There's not much to lose, even if you don't decide to stick around, and it could end up being your new favorite MOBA.
