Expedition Zero is a survival horror game set in the heart of rural Siberia. Use your engineering skills to confront flesh-eating monsters as the last survivor of a Soviet scientific expedition.
About the story
The unexpected meteorite crash turned the endless Siberian taiga forest into a nightmare exclusion zone. The military bases went into radio silence, and the locals talked about the obscure flesh-eating creatures and devastated villages. The most advanced Soviet scientific team “Expedition Zero” was immediately sent to the zone with state-of-the-art research technology and mechanized protective suits. The signal was lost on day one. Many years later, the lone survivor of the team is still trying to find his way home.

GameGrin
By Violet PlataExpedition Zero manages to scare without using any jumpscares, doesn't overstay its welcome, and delivers a great creepy and atmospheric post-apocalyptic experience.
FingerGuns
By Miles ThompsonExpedition Zero hooks you in with its first hour of tense atmosphere and excellent world design, only to fling you away with horrendous combat, counter-intuitive survival & exploration mechanics, and a barebones story. This expedition simply isn’t worth embarking on, but maybe one day there’ll be an adventure worth going on.
SECTOR.sk
By Jakub PokornThis adventure in the rough north is as inhospitable as the environment in which the main protagonist tries to survive.
GameSpace
By Brau3erRight now, Expedition Zero has mostly negative reviews. Players are surprised that the final product has little to do with a convincing demo. Expedition Zero has good graphics quality. The atmosphere of horror is created both by the darkness that envelops the visited locations and by the soundtrack. Expedition Zero has a decent amount of positive sides, so the game can be called a representative of well-made survivalists from the budget category.
Thumb Culture
By Thumb CultureExpedition Zero lives up to it’s categorization as a survival horror game. All the elements are there – crafting, the elements, and creepy crawlies.
