Geeks Under Grace
By Geeks Under GraceWhile Kirby: Battle Royale is a great multiplayer game and has loads of features, its replayability diminishes quickly and is simply not worth the $40 price tag.
Hardcore Gamer
By Kyle LeClairKirby Battle Royale is by no means a bad game overall, but it just has so little content that it barely warrants a lengthy play session, let alone a purchase. The mini-games themselves are fun and well-designed, but the overall package doesn't do any of them justice. If you need a dose of classic Kirby action, you'd be better off waiting for the upcoming Switch game, because this is one party that you can safely skip going to.
Pure Nintendo
By Trevor GouldTaken on its own merits as a spinoff, Kirby Battle Royale is a pretty good game. I think kids especially will enjoy its colorful looks and gentler challenge, even more so if they have friends to enjoy it with for local multiplayer.
Reno Gazette-Journal
By Jason HidalgoKirby: Battle Royale trades in the pink puffballs platforming adventure with a collection of arena battles and mini-games. The game certainly can be fun in short bursts but lacks the depth of the mainline titles. It also gets a bit boring when playing solo so you'll want to scrounge up some warm bodies for this one. It's great if you like party games with combat but feels more like a light appetizer than a main course.

By PramathHouseholds with younger kids and 3DS systems will definitely like what Nintendo did with Kirby Battle Royale but for everyone else there are better options out there.
